Previous issue date: 2003 / Resumo: Este trabalho visa compreender a formulação dos sentidos de saúde no espaço público. Com a teoria e a metodologia da Análise do Discurso (AD), pensada principalmente por Pêcheux e Orlandi, buscamos as condições de produção deste objeto em diferentes regiões discursivas, a saber: o discurso da lei fundadora do SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde), a tensão entre a Medicina e a Lingüística no discurso sobre os afásicos, o discurso da arquitetura sobre o homem perfeito, o discurso de um processo jurídico sobre a saúde do trabalhador, o discurso da psicanálise freudiana sobre o inconsciente e, finalmente (como excerto), o discurso da campanha brasileira de prevenção a AIDS. Ao longo destas análises, percebemos que os diferentes sentidos de saúde se constituem e significam no silêncio, o que demanda um aprofundamento da compreensão dos funcionamentos discursivos em questão. Assim, a análise da formulação da imagem do homem ideal na arquitetura, e suas derivas, propiciam a organização de operadores (teórico-metodológicos) que nos auxiliam no estudo das significações de saúde no silêncio. Estes operadores, por sua vez, apontam para a existência de uma tecnologia de linguagem, tecnologia esta que estabiliza sujeito e sentidos default no silêncio. A compreensão inédita desta tecnologia, que funciona discursivamente, é utilizada para discutir a distinção entre tecnologia da informação e a recém mobilizada tecnologia de linguagem, ao longo deste trabalho. Com esta compreensão, propomos uma formulação do sujeito saudável em rede (o sujeito default da discursividade da saúde) através da AD, agenciando a tecnologia de linguagem no ambiente da tecnologia da informação / Abstrac: This study aims to comprehend the formulation of health meanings in public space. Through Discourse Analysis theory and methodology, as its thought by Pêcheux and Orlandi, I search for the conditions of production for this object in different discoursive areas, such as the Brazilian law that found the SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde - Brazilian State Health Security), the gap and tension between Medicine and Linguistics in Aphasy discourse, the archictecture discourse concenring the perfect man, the juridic proccess discourse about health of the working class in Brazilian State pattenrs, the freudian Psychanalyse discourse towards the unconscious and, finally (as an excerpt), the Brazilian campaign to prevent AIDS epidemy. Step by step, in these analysis, we leanr that different health meanings constitute themselves and signify in silence, fact which demands a deeper comprehension of discoursive functionings at stake in silence. Particularly the archictecture discoursivity analysis and all that derives from it, enhances the construction of (theoretical-methodological) operators that will auxiliate the investigation of health meanings in silence environment. These theoretical tools, by their tunr, point to the existence of a language technology, which brings an stabilization to the meaning default in silence, as well as to the subject default in silence. The inedit comprehension of this technology, which works discoursively, it is brought to discuss the distinctions between information technology and this new discoursive concept: language technology, all along the text. Starting from language technology perspectives, we draw a picture of a healthy subject in web (the default subject of the health discursivity through Discourse Analysis).
