Previous issue date: 2013 / Resumo: Há diferentes modos de conceber o handebol e as demais Modalidades Esportivas Coletivas (MEC). Partiremos da concepção estratégico-tática para propor certa forma de conceber, compreender e lidar, no processo de ensino-aprendizagem-vivência-treinamento, com estas MEC. Enfatizaremos o diálogo possível da concepção estratégico-tática com a proposta de formação de jogadores inteligentes. Resulta que ainda encaramos de maneira bastante "tradicional" o handebol, muito embora este possa ser re-significado se o entendermos de modo estratégico-tático, tanto no que tange a formação dos atletas e praticantes em geral, quanto como, a partir daí, há potencialidades deste outro entendimento na relação dos seres humanos com esta modalidade esportiva. Outro aspecto a ser levado em conta é que tanto na arte como no esporte, dentre outras atividades humanas, há a possibilidade do desenvolvimento da inteligência criativa. Temos como objetivo versar sobre estas potencialidades, tanto na perspectiva de buscamos outras relações de poder entre treinadores e jogadores, como quanto buscar jogar o jogo em sua forma mais desenvolvida e complexa, não se limitando a uma experiência empobrecida com este; isto também justifica esta reflexão que nos propomos fazer aqui. Para tal preferimos uma pesquisa qualitativa no sentido de buscar uma visão mais ampla para discutir o discurso (coletivo) de treinadores com uma função estratégica no handebol nacional e também internacional. Deste modo, entrevistamos quatro treinadores das seleções brasileiras adultas de handebol (treinador principal e seu auxiliar direto, tanto da seleção masculina quanto da feminina). Utilizamos a entrevista semi-estruturada e aplicamos a metodologia do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC). O DSC nos ajuda a apresentar um pensamento sobre dado tema, de uma pessoa ou coletividade, por meio dos indícios discursivos que se diz sobre este. Buscamos ouvir destes treinadores sobre o tema da formação de jogadores inteligentes, relacionando sua história e formação como treinador, sua concepção do jogo e sua perspectiva para a tendência da evolução da modalidade. Assim, almejamos refletir criticamente sobre o entendimento da modalidade handebol e as possibilidades de formação de jogadores inteligentes. As análises feitas a partir de como se está pensando nas seleções brasileiras de handebol contribuem para dar concretude às reflexões, e deste modo, discutir o caso da formação de jogadores inteligentes no handebol brasileiro neste início de século XXI, e as perspectivas da concepção estratégico-tática contribuir neste processo / Abstract: There are different ways to conceive handball and the other Team Sports (TM). Starting from the tatic-estrategic conception to propose a certain way to conceive, understand and deal with the teatching-learning-living-practicing process of these TM. Emphasizing the possible dialogue between the tatic-estrategic conception and the intelligent players formation proposal. The handball is still faced in a very "traditional" manner, although this could be re-evaluated if we understand in a tatic-estrategic way, both the athlete and regular player development. Another aspect that must be taken in consideration is that as in art, sports or other human activities, there is the possibility of the creative intelligence development. Our goal is to discuss these potentialities both in the perspective of searching other kinds of power relations between coaches and players and also seek to play the game at its most developed and complex, not limited to an impoverished experience, this also justifies the reflection herein proposed. In order to do so we opted to do a qualitative research trying to reach a broader vision to discuss the coaches' speech (collective) with the strategic function in the national and international handball. Therefore we interviewed four brazilian nacional teams coaches (male and female nacional teams, head coach and his direct assistant. Using the semi-structured interview we applied the Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) metodology. The DSC help us to present a thought of a given theme, of a person or coletivite, using discursive facts about what that says. We heard the coaches input about the intelligent players formation, relating their history, coach career, game conception and prespective for the tendency of the modality's future. Thereby, we aimed to discuss the intelligent players formation topic in the Brazilian handball of the beginin of the XXI century, and the perspectives of the contribution of the tatic-estrategic conception in this process. Thus, we aim to reflect critically on understanding the handball sport and training opportunities for intelligent players. Analyses from how one is thinking about the Brazilian national handball contribute to give tangibility to reflections, and thus discuss the case of the formation of intelligent players in the Brazilian handball in the beginning of XXI century and prospects for the tatic-estrategic conception help in this process / Mestrado / Educação Fisica e Sociedade / Mestre em Educação Física
