Previous issue date: 2004 / Resumo: O estudo tem como objetivos: identificar as Representações Sociais (RSs) dos professores do Curso Técnico de Enfermagem e analisar as RSs relacionadas ao ensino do cuidado de enfermagem humanizado. Coletamos e identificamos as RSs em UnidadesTemáticas (UT) e Estruturas Relevantes (ER), organizamos e apresentamos os achados em um formato que desvelassem o dia a dia do professor relacionados ao cuidado humanizado. o referencial teórico metodológico adotado foi a Representação Social, tendo em MOSCOVICI, MINAYO e SILVA os pressupostos teóricos que favoreceram a delimitação do objeto. A técnica utilizada nas discussões foi o da análise temática. A partir dos recortes dos depoimentos e agregação das RSs nas UT e ER, estabelecemos as análises, relacionando-as com referências bibliográficas que permitissem discussões e reflexões sobre os significados das RSs. Ao discutir a Unidade Temática I foram apresentadas três ER que abordaram questões relacionadas ao cuidado de Enfermagem Humanizado / Desumanizado, valores e ideologias. Na Unidade Temática 11 foram discutidos quatro ER: a organização, os objetivos das práticas pedagógicas, princípios e valores, adolescentes e práticas pedagógicas. Na Unidade Temática 111 foram discutidas duas ER: prática pedagógica do Cuidado e os instrumentos para ensinar o Cuidado de Enfermagem Humanizado. Na Unidade Temática IV a Humanização do Cuidado de Enfermagem relacionado com humanização do profissional que cuida. Portanto, estudar as RSs dos professores do ensino médio de enfermagem apresentou dois significados: 1. as Representações Sociais são múltiplas e passíveis de reflexões sistematizadas e ajustadas as necessidades históricas, sociais, políticas de uma sociedade e 2. o estudo das compreensões do cotidiano do professor do ensino médio de Enfennagem RSs possibilitou entendimentos mais rigorosos e exatos das condutas adotadas pelos professores, inclusive, muitas vezes, as nossas próprias condutas, que são reproduzidas de fonna inconscientes e alienadas / Abstract: The study has as objectives: to identify the Social Representations (SRs) of the teachers of the Technical Course of Nursing and to analyzet he SRs related to the teaching ofthe care of humanized nursing. We collected and we identified the SRs in Thematic Units (TU) and Relevant Structures (RS), we organized and we presented the discoveries in a way that revealed the day by day of the teacher related to the humanized care. The methodological theoretical referential adopted was the Social Representation, having in MOSCOVICI, MINAYO and SILVA the theoretical presuppositions that favored the delimitation of the object. The technique used in the discussions was of the Thematic Analysis.Starting from the parts of the speeches and aggregation of RSs in TU and RS, we established the analyses, relating them with bibliographical references that allowed discussions and reflections on the meanings of the SRs. When discussing the Thematic Unit I, three RS that approached related subjects under the care of humanized and not humanized nursing, values and ideologies were presented. In the Thematic Unit II, four RS were discussed: the organization, the objectives of the pedagogic practices, principIes and values, adolescents and pedagogic practices. In the Thematic Unit III ,two pedagogic RS were discussed: pedagogic practice of the care and the instruments to teach the care of Humanized Nursing. In the Thematic Unit IV, the humanization ofthe nursing care related with the humanization ofthe professional that takes care. Therefore, to study the RSs ofthe teachers of the medium teaching of nursing presented two meanings: 1. The Social Representations are multiple and susceptible to systematized reflections and adjusted to the historical, social and politics needs of a society; 2. The study of the comprehension of the routine of the RSs of the teachers of the medium teaching of nursing made possible more rigorous and exact understandings of the conducts adopted by the teachers, besides, a lot of times, our own conducts, that are reproduced in an unconscious and alienated way / Mestrado / Mestre em Enfermagem
