Previous issue date: 2017-01-19 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / The production "Between invisible grids: A (dis) Prison protection, solidified itself as a qualitative study of an exploratory level that sought to unveil aspects of social protection aimed at detainee prison under the face of the guarantee of social rights in the state of Rio Grande Of the South. The research findings emerged from a field study, which had as subjects of research, ex-prisoners. The data of the study in vogue, illuminated by the critical dialectical analysis of reality and anchored in the Marxist tradition, enabled the unveiling of the scenario of social deprotection to which the prison egress is exposed today. The theoretical and empirical problematizations presented in this study sought to problematize the dynamics of social (dis) protection to the prison egress under the aegis of the conjuncture reading, which runs through the analysis of social protection in recent capitalism, as well as the ideological inference of neoliberalism In the dictates of State policies, as a result of the consequent retraction of the State in the field of guaranteeing rights and the accountability of other social and institutional actors to such guarantees. From this point of view, the analyzes promoted here elucidate the transition from the social state to the criminal state, which socially disseminates punitive ideas rooted in the precepts of criminal selectivity and criminalization of poverty. The criminal issue analyzed here, analyzed from the precepts of critical criminology, helped to construct theoretical assumptions that elucidate preliminarily the propelling factors and the refutations from social deprotection to the prison egress. / A produ??o ?Entre grades invis?veis: A (des) Prote??o ao egresso prisional, solidificou-se enquanto um estudo qualitativo de n?vel explorat?rio que buscou desvelar aspectos da prote??o social destinada ao egresso prisional sob a face da garantia dos direito sociais no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os achados de pesquisa emergiram de um estudo de campo, o qual teve como sujeitos de pesquisa, egressos prisionais. Os dados emp?ricos, iluminados pela an?lise dial?tico cr?tica da realidade ancorada na tradi??o marxista, possibilitaram o desvendamento do cen?rio de desprote??o social a que o egresso prisional faz-se exposto na atualidade. As problematiza??es te?ricos e emp?ricas apresentadas neste estudo, buscaram problematizar a din?mica de (des) prote??o social ao egresso prisional sob a ?gide da leitura de conjuntura, a qual perpassa pela an?lise da prote??o social no capitalismo recente, bem como, da infer?ncia ideol?gica do neoliberalismo nos ditames das pol?ticas de Estado, tendo como rebatimentos a consequente retra??o do Estado no campo da garantia de direitos e a responsabiliza??o de outros atores sociais e institucionais frente a tais garantias. Sob tal prisma as an?lises aqui promovidas elucidam a transi??o do Estado social para o Estado penal, o qual, dissemina socialmente ide?rios punitivos arraigados nos preceitos de seletividade penal e criminaliza??o da pobreza. A quest?o penal aqui problematizada, analisada a partir dos preceitos da criminologia cr?tica e do m?todo dial?tico cr?tico, auxiliaram na constru??o de pressupostos te?ricos que elucidam preliminarmente os fatores propulsores e os rebatimentos provindos da desprote??o social ao egresso prisional.
