A PolÃtica Nacional de HumanizaÃÃo da assistÃncia à saÃde vem, desde sua formulaÃÃo em 2003, sendo alvo de intensos debates sobre a sua encarnaÃÃo no cotidiano dos serviÃos. O Projeto Y de Riso, Sorriso e SaÃde, grupo de palhaÃoterapia da Universidade Federal do Cearà tem se dedicado ao exercÃcio de uma interaÃÃo mais humanizada com o sujeito em situaÃÃo de internaÃÃo hospitalar hà dez anos. A espiritualidade, com as noÃÃes de sua ordem, revela-se na prÃxis destes sujeitos para alÃm das filosofias do diÃlogo. Esta pesquisa, entÃo, assumiu como objetivo geral compreender a produÃÃo de saber em espiritualidade e humanizaÃÃo da assistÃncia deste grupo, buscando revelar a qualidade e a intensidade das relaÃÃes produzidas por essa arte no contexto hospitalar. A metodologia utilizada foi a da pesquisa-colaborativa, segundo Ibiapina (2008), triangulada com a descriÃÃo densa da etnografia, elementos de biografizaÃÃo, entrevistas reflexivas e a utilizaÃÃo de bricolagens, como sugere o prÃprio mÃtodo visando enriquecimento da abordagem, que permitiram uma melhor manifestaÃÃo dos participantes. O autor empreendeu observaÃÃo-participante, convivendo com o grupo em reuniÃes e visitas de palhaÃo. A anÃlise das falas, gravadas e transcritas, bem como do material escrito sobre as experiÃncias revelou categorias que surgiram do entrechoque da vida dos graduandos com a vivÃncia do doutor palhaÃo: o autoconhecimento incitado pela mÃscara do palhaÃo, a crianÃa em si e o outro crianÃa, o monstro-palhaÃo e o mÃdico-monstro. O diÃlogo com diversos autores findou por concluir o quanto a atividade risÃvel em prol do melhoramento do prÃximo doente enriquece a cosmovisÃo do aprendiz da saÃde, conduzindo-o da ciÃncia das doenÃas à arte do cuidado, segundo categorias, principalmente, do neoespiritualismo bergsoniano. A presenÃa ubÃqua da espiritualidade nesse trabalho exemplifica como esse tema pode ser vivenciado nas vÃrias prÃticas de cuidado, colaborando com a humanizaÃÃo da assistÃncia, apontando novos diÃlogos que engrandeÃam a polÃtica que rege essa Ãrea. / The National Health Humanization Policy, since its creation in 2003, has been the target of intensive debates over its implementation in the routine of healthcare services. The Projeto Y de Riso, Sorriso e SaÃde is a clowntherapy group of the Universidade Federal do Cearà that has been working for the past ten years towards the practice of a more humanized interaction with the hospitalized patient. The spirituality, with the notions of its field, is revealed in the praxis of these subjects beyond the philosophies of dialogue. This research, then, assumed, as its main objective, to comprehend the knowledge production in spirituality and humanization of assistance, trying to reveal the quality and the intensity of the relationships produced by this art in the hospital context. The methodology utilized was the collaborative-research, according to Ibiapina (2008), triangulated with the dense description of ethnography, elements of biografization, reflexive interviews and the utilization of bricolages â as this method suggests to do so to enrich the approach â that allowed a better manifestation of the participants. The author made a participant-observation, been present at the groupâs reunions and living the clownâs visit at the hospital. The analysis of the speech recorded and transcripted, as well as the written material about the experiences of the group revealed categories that emerged from the meeting between the life of the under graduation students and the experience with the doctor clown: the self-knowledge stimulated by the clownâs mask, the child within and the other child, the monster-clown and monster-doctor. The dialogue with several authors, mainly with Henri Bergson and his neospiritualism, concluded how much the laughter activity for the improvement of the ill people enrich the cosmovision of the health apprentice, guiding him from the science of disease to the art of care. The ubiquitous presence of spirituality in this work exemplifies how this theme can be experienced at the various care practices with the humanization of assistance, pointing new dialogues that aggrandize the policy that governs this area.
