The school is an important space for the development of health promotion actions, it is what the studies say when discussing the relationship between health and school. By reading in scientific productions dealing with the matter, it was observed that health education activities developed at school were not according to the actual needs of the territory, because they were punctual, without systematic planning of activities and students, targets of health education actions were passive agents and information receivers. Given this diagnosis, the objective of this study was to develop and implement an intervention project, focusing on the component II of the School Health Program, at a school in the city of Caucaia- CE. Intervention study with a qualitative approach, whose theoretical framework for the methodology was Community - based participatory research - CBPR. Meetings were held to identify partners and formalize the partnership. Group members identified the potential and limitations of the territory, established the theme teenage pregnancy as a priority for intervention, made a critical reflection on the subject and determined the strategy for the development of intervention. After the completion of the CBPR stage, a conversation circle for analysis of continuity and sustainability of this intervention was performed. The data produced were organized, categorized into main themes and faced with the literature on the subject. For students participating students participating category learning prevailed in the speeches of its assessment of the intervention. Also, we observed the presence of empowerment as group member. The interaction established between health and school in this study contributes to the exchange of ideas and the strengthening of the bond. / A escola à um espaÃo importante para o desenvolvimento de aÃÃes de promoÃÃo da saÃde, à o que afirmam os estudos quando discutem a relaÃÃo entre a saÃde e a escola. AtravÃs da leitura em produÃÃes cientificas que tratam do assunto, observou--se que as aÃÃes de educaÃÃo em saÃde desenvolvidas na escola nÃo estavam de acordo com as reais necessidades do territÃrio, porque elas eram pontuais, sem planejamento sistematizado das atividades e os alunos alvos das aÃÃes de educaÃÃo em saÃde, eram agentes passivos e receptores de informaÃÃes. Diante desse diagnÃstico, o objetivo desse estudo foi elaborar e aplicar um projeto de intervenÃÃo, com foco no componente II, do Programa SaÃde na Escola, em uma escola do municÃpio de Caucaia - CE. Estudo de intervenÃÃo, com abordagem qualitativa, cujo referencial teÃrico para a metodologia foi Community â based participatory research - CBPR (Pesquisa Participativa Baseada na Comunidade). Foram realizados encontros para a identificaÃÃo de parceiros e de formalizaÃÃo da parceria. Os participantes do grupo identificaram as potencialidades e as limitaÃÃes do territÃrio, estabeleceram o tema gravidez na adolescÃncia como prioritÃrio para intervenÃÃo, realizaram uma reflexÃo crÃtica sobre o tema e determinaram a estratÃgia para o desenvolvimento da intervenÃÃo. Foi realizada uma roda de conversa para anÃlise da continuidade e da sustentabilidade dessa intervenÃÃo. Os dados produzidos foram organizados, categorizados em temas principais e confrontados com a literatura que trata do assunto. Para os alunos participantes a categoria aprendizado predominou nas falas de sua avaliaÃÃo da intervenÃÃo. TambÃm, observou-se a presenÃa do empoderamento como elemento do grupo. A interaÃÃo estabelecida entre a saÃde e a escola nesse estudo contribuiu para a troca de ideias e o fortalecimento do vÃnculo.
