nÃo hà / A partir de dados da Prova Brasil de 2007, analisamos o ganho de nota quando o aluno possui a mesma raÃa e/ou gÃnero do professor, atribuindo este fenÃmeno o nome de identificaÃÃo racial e/ou gÃnero. Utilizando um modelo linear multivariado, combinando como controle variÃveis do perfil dos alunos, professores, escolas, e pais dos alunos, dada as limitaÃÃes do modelo empregado, os resultados indicam que hà uma melhora na nota pela identificaÃÃo. Em um segundo momento, fizemos uma anÃlise para cada estado brasileiro, entendo que cada um possui sua idiossincrasia na presente matÃria, e encontramos uma relaÃÃo entre qualidade de ensino e a proporÃÃo das minorias raciais como alunos contra o os coeficientes da identificaÃÃo racial. Em virtude desses indÃcios, concluÃmos que a identificaÃÃo de gÃnero apresentou significÃncia, porÃm em magnitude baixa, enquanto que a identificaÃÃo racial apresenta uma magnitude relativamente alta, e que vai em direÃÃo à reduzir o hiato entre as notas dos grupos Ãtnicos. / Using data from Brazil Test, 2007, we analyze the gain of note when the student has the same race and / or gender of the teacher, attributing this phenomenon the name of racial identification and / or gender. Using a multivariate linear model, combining as control variables in the profile of students, teachers, schools, and parents of students, given the limitations of the model used, the results indicate that there is an improvement in the identification statement. In a second step, we analyzed for each Brazilian state, I understand that everyone has their own circumstances in this matter, and found a relationship between quality education and the proportion of racial minorities as students against the coefficients of racial identification. Given such evidence, we conclude that gender identification showed significant, though low in magnitude, while the racial identification has a relatively high magnitude, and that goes toward reducing the gap between the scores of ethnic groups.
