Previous issue date: 2007 / Two studies on social-personal nets and one on municipal social nets had been part of the thesis. The first one was on the change of the social-personal nets of an immigrant family throughout the time and its objective to study the movement throughout 24 months, of the social nets of a Latin American immigrant family in Porto Alegre and its relation with the familiar structure. The used instruments had been: the Map of Nets; conversational spaces; FACES III scale that evaluates the structure and the familiar functioning in the dimensions of adaptation and familiar cohesion; and the trasgenerational genogram. It was possible to follow some cultural crises in family microsystem and to evaluate how contextual aspects of cultural and politician macrosystems impacted and difficulted the immigrants insertion in the receiving country. Also, the family strengths regarding the activation of the net are proven, propitiating spaces for the inclusion in the major culture. The second article presents the study that followed, during one year, three groups of freshmen of diurnal courses of a university, with the objective to study the structural and functional changes of the social-personal net map. Importance of reflection spaces to facilitate the academics insertion to the university context was observed. Finally the third study mapped the social nets of a child and adolescent care institution, in a city in the north of the Rio Grande Do Sul state. The findings show a net of nets, isomorphic from microsystem to exosystem and constituted by 69 institutions with 263 connections between them.Regarding the functions we find difficulty to accomplish the promotion of child and adolescent well-being since the necessities demanded for the community, the families and the adolescents and children do not have satisfaction due to tasks and functions overlapping in the various institutions whose intentions are to assist this population groups, thus producing difficulty to preserve the institutional identity. Besides articles I present two chapters in the book format, first on the concepts of the social-personal nets under the light of the eco-systemic paradigm and the last one argues the methodological passage that crosses the three researches. The theoretical-methodological and paradigmatic references of constructivist eco-systemic orientation had allowed to the understanding of the transitions and changes in the social nets. / Dois estudos sobre redes sociais-pessoais e um sobre redes sociais municipais fizeram parte da tese. O primeiro foi sobre a mudança da rede social-pessoal de uma família imigrante ao longo do tempo e o objetivo estudar o movimento ao longo de 24 meses, das redes sociais de uma família latino-americana, imigrante em Porto Alegre e sua relação com a estrutura familiar. Os instrumentos utilizados foram: o Mapa de Redes; espaços conversacionais; o FACES III escala que avalia a estrutura e o funcionamento familiar, nas dimensões de adaptação e coesão familiar; e o genograma trasgeracional. Foi possível acompanhar várias crises culturais no microssistema familiar e avaliar como aspectos contextuais do macrossistema cultural e político impactam e dificultam aos imigrantes a inserção no país de acolhida. Também, evidenciam-se fortalezas da família quanto à ativação da rede, propiciando espaços para a inclusão na cultura majoritária. O segundo artigo apresenta o estudo que acompanhou, durante um ano, três turmas de calouros de cursos diurnos de uma universidade, localizada no norte do estado de Rio Grande do Sul, com o objetivo de estudar as mudanças estruturais e funcionais do mapa de rede social-pessoal. Observou-se a importância de espaços de reflexão para facilitar nos acadêmicos a inserção ao contexto universitário.Por fim o terceiro estudo mapeou as redes sociais de uma instituição de cuidado à criança e ao adolescente, em um município do norte do estado de Rio Grande do Sul. Os achados mostram uma rede de redes, isomórfica desde o microssistema até o exossistema e constituída por 69 instituições com 263 conexões entre elas. A respeito das funções encontramos dificuldade para dar conta da promoção do bem-estar da criança e do adolescente já que as necessidades demandadas pela comunidade, as famílias e os adolescentes e crianças não têm satisfação por sobreposição de tarefas e funções nas diversas instituições cujo propósito é auxiliar este tipo de população, o que produz dificuldade na manutenção da identidade institucional. Além dos artigos apresento dois capítulos no formato de livro, o primeiro sobre os conceitos das redes sociais-pessoais à luz do paradigma ecossistêmico e o último discute o percurso metodológico que atravessa as três pesquisas realizadas. Os referenciais teórico-metodológicos e paradigmáticos de orientação ecossistêmica construtivista permitiram a compreensão das transições e mudanças nas redes sociais.
