Previous issue date: 2007 / This dissertation aproaches the psychoanalitical field and the intersubjectivity among therapists of a multiprofessional team from a Center of Psychosocial Attention (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial - CAPS), in a district of Porto Alegre - RS. The objective is : to discuss how the production of the intersubjective field among technitians organize their relationships with the users of a CAPS including the perception of the researcher into the therapist’s team. The theoretical approach to the qualitative research, of exploratory design, was based in Freud and contemporary authors. The data was collected in three case discussion meetings, with nine professionals, through systematic observation and the production of a field diary. The qualitative textual analysis pointed out the contradiction, the coutertransferecial aspects of the team and the production of the field and intersubjectivity among technitians as indicators on how characteristics are constituited and how the work field is organized between technicians and their patients. The production of intersubjective experiences, in the meetings, is of great relevance to the comprehension of the therapeutic practices, what amplifies the concept of analytic third, which is manifested in the therapeutic setting . / Esta dissertação aborda o campo psicanalítico e a intersubjetividade entre terapeutas de uma equipe multiprofissional de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), da grande Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. O objetivo é discutir como a produção do campo intersubjetivo entre técnicos organiza as suas relações com os usuários de um CAPS, incluindo as percepções do pesquisador ao material coletado da equipe. O aporte teórico para a pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho exploratório, foi a Psicanálise, a partir de Freud e autores contemporâneos. O material foi coletado em três reuniões com nove profissionais no espaço destinado à discussão de casos. Realizou-se uma observação sistemática e produção de diário de campo. A Análise Textual Qualitativa apontou a contradição, os aspectos contratransferenciais da equipe e a produção do campo e da intersubjetividade entre técnicos, como indicadores de como se constitui e como se organiza o campo de trabalho entre os técnicos e seus pacientes. A pesquisa sugere que a compreensão das experiências intersubjetivas contribui para o conhecimento das práticas terapêuticas e para a ampliação do conceito de terceiro analítico, que, segundo a concepção atual da teoria da técnica psicanalítica, se manifesta exclusivamente no setting terapêutico.
