A pesquisa teve como objetivo principal investigar as potencialidades pedagógicas da performance e do teatro para a comunidade transgênero de Uberlândia por meio de uma oficina teatral. Com o propósito de harmonizar a distribuição das fases da dissertação substitui os capítulos por “ciclos”, uma alusão à metamorfose das borboletas e uma metáfora aos sujeitos da pesquisa: pessoas transgêneros. Inicialmente, nos dois primeiros ciclos, faço uma retrospectiva das trajetórias acadêmicas e artísticas que originaram esta pesquisa de mestrado. No terceiro ciclo começo a elucidar os pontos fundamentais sobre a oficina de teatro para transgêneros: as justificativas da escolha do público alvo, a sua metodologia, os resultados cênicos e as ferramentas de registro escolhidas para a pesquisa de campo. No quarto e no quinto ciclos, respectivamente, descrevo como se deu a aproximação com o universo trans e a divulgação da oficina. Do sexto ao nono ciclos há a descrição e reflexão sobre os encontros realizados durante o campo da oficina e os pontos de relevância observados com a prática, problemas, conflitos surgidos e as adaptações metodológicas que foram necessárias diante dos retornos que as alunas trans deram sobre a prática. No décimo ciclo faço uma análise a respeito da visibilidade trans em relação ao teatro a partir das entrevistas realizadas com as participantes e ouvintes, entrecruzando as referências teóricas oriundas dos estudos de gênero, a fim de entender os conflitos dos corpos e das identidades trans com as práticas teatrais desenvolvidas durante a oficina. Finalmente, no décimo ciclo, descrevo e reflito sobre a segunda oficina de teatro para a comunidade trans que foi realizada durante a 11ª Semana Cultural LGBT de Uberlândia. / This research aims to propose a theater and performance workshop for the Uberlândia transgender community. In order to harmonize the distribution of this essay, the chapters were renamed as "cycles", an allusion to the butterflies metamorphosis and a metaphor to the research subjects: transgender people. In the first two cycles, there is a retrospective of academic and artistic trajectories that originated this master's research. The third cycle begins to elucidate the fundamental points about the theater workshop for transsexuals: the reasons of the choice of target audience, its methodology, the scenic results and logging tools chosen for the field research. In the fourth and fifth cycles, respectively, there is a description of how was the approach to the trans universe and the workshop divulgation. From the sixth to the ninth cycles, there is a description and reflection about the meetings during the workshop and the relevant issues that was seen with practice, problems, conflicts encountered and methodological adjustments due to the feedback the trans students gave about the practice. In the tenth cycle there is and analysis about the trans visibility, related to the theater, from the interviews with the participants and listeners, with the theoretical references coming from the gender studies, in order to understand the conflicts of bodies and trans identities with theatrical practices developed, during the workshop. Finally, in the tenth cycle, there´s a describe and reflection about the second workshop of theater for the trans community that was held during the 11ª Semana Cultural LGBT de Uberlândia (11th Cultural LGBT Week in Uberlândia). / Dissertação (Mestrado)
