Šio darbo tikslas - nustatyti pagrindinės bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos kultūros ir vyresniojo amžiaus paauglių (14-16 metų.) socializacijos sąsajas. Tikslui įgyvendinti išnagrinėta pagrindinės mokyklos kultūros samprata, teoriškai aptartos ir empiriškai pagrįstos bendrojo lavinimo pagrindinės mokyklos kultūros ir paauglių socializacijos sąsajos. Pagal išskirtus mokyklos kultūros ir paauglių socializacijos kriterijus sudaryta matrica ir parengtas klausimynas, kurį sudaro 37 uždaro ir atviro tipo klausimai. Tyrimas buvo atliekamas pasitelkus mokslinės informacijos šaltinių analizę, taip pat organizacijos kultūros vidinių lygmenų analizės metodologiją, kuria remiantis tyrinėjamos pagrindinės mokyklos kultūros ir paauglių socializacijos sąsajos. Kiekybinė apklausa buvo atlikta Vilniaus Antano Vienuolio ir Petro Vileišio pagrindinėse mokyklose, kuriose dalyvavo 190 respondentų. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, jog egzistuoja sąsajos tarp pagrindinės mokyklos kultūros ir paauglių socializacijos. Išryškintos silpnosios ir stipriosios mokyklų kultūros sritys ir pateiktos rekomendacijos kaip padėti sustiprinti tobulintinas sferas. / The object of this final work is to identify the correlations between main schools’ culture and socialization of older adolescents (14-16 years). For this purpose the basic concept of school culture is analyzed and the correlations between the culture of the main school and the socialization of adolescents are discussed theoretically and empirically-based. The matrix was formed and the questionnaire was prepared according to the distinguished criteria of school’s culture and socialization of adolescents. The questionnaire consists of 37 open-ended and closed-ended questions. The research was done through the scientific analysis and the methodology of inner levels of the organizational culture, according to which the correlations between the culture of the main school and the socialization of adolescents were analysed. A quantitative survey was done in Vilnius Antano Vienuolio and Petro Vileišio main schools, where 190 respondents were participated in. The results of the research revealed that the correlations between the culture of the main school and the socialization of adolescents really exist. Also the strengths and weaknesses of schools’ culture were revealed and by this the recommendations how to improve the spheres were presented.
