Many companies announced they have already developed e-learning, so the study research conditions of corporations developing e-learning. The study found most corporations are in the start-up stage that they make materials to be web-course and use or evaluate learning platform. They can¡¦t really elaborate e-learning¡¦s functions. We can understand stages of corporations developing e-learning from the study, they are 1.Computer-Based Training (CBT) 2.using e-mail to communicate 3. Web-Course 4. Learning Platform 5.e-training 6.Knowledge Management. In every stage, information technology and organization environment have to support corporations to develop e-learning and then corporations can develop e-learning successfully and build up organization¡¦s learning culture.
