Proposal of a self-sustainable social housing in the city of Arequipa, using renewable energy, with solar panels, and gray water recycling, as well as profitability analysis, comparative tables of conventional energy versus renewable energy. It contributes to the formation of a different vision, the reduction of environmental impacts must be focused on all stages of construction, both in the extraction of raw materials and in the stage of processing and manufacturing of components for construction, all this focused under an environmental and social thinking, which provides the ability to observe and understand nature as a complex system, and not as a simple set of independent elements acting individually. / Trabajo de investigación
