La presente investigación aplicada es sobre Simed Perú, una empresa dedicada a la venta de reactivos y equipos médicos en Perú. Donde se determinará el tiempo en el proceso de despacho a los clientes sólo de Lima metropolitana. De tal forma que se evalúa si se cumple con el tiempo establecido por la empresa. A lo largo de esta investigación, a través de distintas pruebas estadísticas se podrá describir, analizar y demostrar el tiempo real actual de despacho y posteriormente este resultado se utilizará para poder llevarlo a una estadística inferencial y determinar si realmente se cumple con el tiempo establecido por la empresa.
Con lo analizado durante el presente trabajo de investigación, se obtendrán resultados y recomendaciones que permitirán una mejora en el proceso de logística de salida o despacho de la empresa, con el fin de reducir el alto índice de quejas que tiene actualmente la empresa por parte del tiempo de entrega de pedidos a sus clientes.
Asimismo, el análisis define qué acciones realizar, asumiendo que sólo se busca la reducción de quejas de los clientes de Lima Metropolitana. La primera estrategia consiste en utilizar el rango entre 47.40 y 51.16 horas para que los clientes estén informados y Simed pueda administrar sus tiempos de mejor manera, ya que actualmente se utiliza un máximo de 48 horas que no está siendo cumplido por la empresa. La segunda estrategia implica la inmediata corrección de las tres causas principales identificadas durante la investigación, los cuales son “Dirección errada”, “Demora por parte del asesor comercial” y “falta de stock”. Estos problemas pueden traer muchos inconvenientes a la empresa como las pérdidas económicas y fuga de clientes haciendo que esta no llegue a sus objetivos comerciales. / The following investigation is about Simed Peru, a Company dedicated to sell reagents and medical equipment in Peru. This is where it will be determined the exact time that dispatch process takes to clients who are located in Metropolitan Lima. In such a way, will evaluate if that time is accomplished by the Company. Along this investigation, through different statistical test will be able to describe, analyze and prove the actual and real dispatch time and after this result to be able to take it an inferential statistic. This will determine if it accomplishes with the time that the Company has established.
This research will obtain results and recommendations that will allow to improve exit logistics process or dispatch in the Company, in order to reduce the high number of complaints about late orders that the Company has right now.
Likewise, analysis define which actions to take knowing that Simed is only searching to decrease the high number of complaints in Metropolitan Lima clients. The first strategy is about telling clients about the new hour range that is between 47.40 and 51.16 hours, so Simed can manage their times in a better way, because it actually uses a maximum of 48 hours that are not being fulfilled. The second strategy demands the nearly correction of the main 3 problems that been founded through research that are “Wrong address”, “Business advisor delay” and “lack of stock”. These problems can bring many inconveniences to the company like economy losses and leakage of clients making not to reach its commercial goals. / Tesis
