Exportar a España (como primer mercado objetivo) la pota peruana bajo la presentación de snacks pre-cocidos siendo un producto nutritivo y de buen sabor, listo para llevar, se busca promover el equilibrio y la vida sana, mediante un snack innovador que atienda la creciente necesidad en el mercado de alimentarse saludablemente. La estrategia competitiva de DELIMAR S.A.C. será de enfoque basado en diferenciación, dado que los snacks de pota se enfocan en un segmento específico del mercado de alimentos (snacks saludables y nutritivos elaborados a partir de productos marinos), los cuales satisfacen la necesidad de los consumidores españoles que buscan una alternativa diferente de snacks de alta calidad nutritiva que contribuya a mejorar su salud y calidad de vida.
