En este artículo se presenta una Propuesta de Plan de Respuesta en base al análisis cualitativo de riesgos aplicable para un proyecto minero, específicamente durante la fase de diseño del Proyecto. Cabe resaltar que son aplicables para proyectos con presupuesto menor a los 10 millones de soles y que se realicen bajo modalidad fast tracking.
El proyecto tiene muchos eventos que se desviarán de aquello que se ha esperado en el diseño y planeamiento, por lo tanto, para un mejor manejo de estos eventos se utilizó la metodología propuesta por la guía PMBOK que contiene la Identificación, Análisis Cualitativo y Cuantitativo, y finalmente Plan de respuesta.
Se demostró que los riesgos de tipo técnico son los que más afectan a este tipo de proyecto minero, con un óptimo control es posible disminuirlos, tomar decisiones efectivas, realizar diseños acorde a los parámetros y normas mineras y asegurar al cliente el alcance del proyecto. / This article presents a Response Plan Proposal based on the qualitative risk analysis applicable to a mining project, specifically during the design phase of the Project. It should be noted that they are applicable for projects with a budget of less than 10 million soles and that are carried out under fast tracking mode.
The project has many events that will deviate from what was expected in the design and planning, therefore, for a better management of these events the methodology proposed by the PMBOK guide containing the Identification, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis was used. and finally the Response Plan.
It was shown that the technical risks are the ones that most affect this type of mining project, with optimal control it is possible to reduce them, make effective decisions, make designs according to mining parameters and standards and ensure the client the scope of the project. / Tesis
