En el presente proyecto, se realiza una propuesta de mejora para la automatización y control de la información asociada a cada colegio privado en convenio con Infopuc, instituto de Informática de la PUCP. Se ha elegido el proceso de negocio Gestión del entorno, donde esta organización transmite su imagen institucional a través de sus alianzas estratégicas institucionales.
El capítulo 1 describe la organización y su proceso de negocio seleccionado. Asimismo, se determinan los objetivos y beneficios implementando la solución propuesta.
El capítulo 2 detalla la Arquitectura Empresarial considerando la metodología ADM del framework TOGAF para el análisis de la situación actual AS IS del proceso de negocio y su alineamiento con los objetivos estratégicos de TI. Asimismo, se propone la línea destino (TO BE) que se obtiene del análisis de brechas.
El capítulo 3 presenta la propuesta para el desarrollo de software del proceso de negocio utilizando métodos ágiles bajo el marco de trabajo Scrum. Se identifican las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas de la organización.
El capítulo 4 describe la propuesta de arquitectura empresarial que permita mejorar los procesos en la organización, alineando los objetivos estratégicos de TI con los del negocio y agregando valor a la universidad.
Se espera como resultado, que la solución propuesta para Infopuc, instituto de Informática de la PUCP logre una eficiente toma de decisiones en base a la información completa e integrada que se tendrá de cada institución educativa con convenio. / In this project, there’s an improvement proposal for the automation and control of the information associated to each private school in agreement with Infopuc, Institute of Computing of PUCP. The business process Environmental management has been chosen, where this organization transmits its institutional image through its strategic institutional alliances.
Chapter 1 describes the organization and its selected business process. Likewise, the objectives and benefits are determined by implementing the proposed solution.
Chapter 2 details the Business Architecture considering the ADM methodology of the TOGAF framework for the analysis of the current AS IS status of the business process and its alignment with the strategic IT objectives. In addition, the target line (TO BE) obtained from the gap analysis is proposed.
Chapter 3 presents the proposal for the development of business process software using agile methods under the Scrum framework. The strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the organization are identified.
Chapter 4 describes the business architecture proposal that allows improving the processes in the organization, aligning the strategic objectives of IT with those of the business and adding value to the university.
It is expected as a result, that the solution proposed for Infopuc, Institute of Computing of PUCP, achieve an efficient decision making based on the complete and integrated information that will be had of each educational institution with agreement. / Tesis
