El presente proyecto fue creado al identificar una necesidad por parte del sector empresarial a los diversos problemas laborales provocados por el estrés laboral de los trabajadores el cual que genera consecuencias irreversibles en la salud, más aún cuando el ambiente de trabajo no aporta la comodidad y estabilidad necesaria. Asimismo, está comprobado que un ambiente saludable y sostenible mejora la productividad, además contribuye a obtener soluciones estratégicas que no sólo responderán a las necesidades de las empresas, sino también ayudarán a prever las tendencias futuras y maximizar el potencial de cada individuo. Por consiguiente, con el objetivo de cambiar dicho fenómeno queremos dar a conocer nuestro proyecto, el cual aportará un cambio radical, a través de un servicio de diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de espacios recreativos para empresas de diversos sectores. Asimismo, el servicio se caracterizará por enfocarse en cuatro modelos clásicos: el ecológico, sala de juegos, áreas libres y salas de lectura, es importante indicar que todos los servicios se diseñan para acoplarse a las exigencias del cliente. Es importante indicar, nuestro proyecto promoverá la utilización de materiales recuperados que ayudará a disminuir los gastos y la vez a contribuir con el cuidado del medio ambiente promoviendo así un plan de responsabilidad social empresarial. Por otro lado, se brindará un valor agregado otorgando al cliente un servicio de mantenimiento de los muebles y ambientes correspondientes al diseño elegido, el cual tendrá una vigencia de un año. En conclusión, dicha servicio fomentará la inclusión, integración y trabajo en equipo en el centro laboral, con la finalidad de generar la sinergia institucional. / The present project was created by identifying a need on the part of the business sector to the various labor problems caused by the work stress of workers which generates irreversible health consequences, especially when the work environment does not provide comfort and stability necessary. Likewise, it is proven that a healthy and sustainable environment improves productivity, in addition it contributes to obtain strategic solutions that not only will respond to the needs of companies, but also help to anticipate future trends and maximize the potential of each individual. Therefore, with the aim of changing this phenomenon we want to publicize our project, which will bring about a radical change, through a design, implementation and maintenance service of recreational spaces for companies from different sectors. Also, the service will be characterized by focusing on four classic models: the ecological, games room, free areas and reading rooms, it is important to indicate that all services are designed to fit the customer's needs. It is important to indicate, our project will promote the use of recovered materials that will help to reduce costs and at the same time contribute to the care of the environment, thus promoting a corporate social responsibility plan. On the other hand, added value will be provided by providing the customer with a maintenance service for the furniture and environments corresponding to the chosen design, which will be valid for one year. In conclusion, this service will promote inclusion, integration and teamwork in the workplace, in order to generate institutional synergy. / Trabajo de investigación
