En la actualidad la industria de la construcción de edificaciones en Perú forma parte importante del aparato económico del desarrollo en el país; como tal durante el desarrollo de la etapa de ingeniería, procura, construcción y mantenimiento se generan desperdicios de distinta índole, siendo esta una afección directa a los costos, esto implica generar distintas opciones de desarrollo como nuevos sistemas de gestión e implementación que permitirán obtener excelentes resultados para el crecimiento de la industria.
Para el desarrollo de la presente Tesis “Mejora de Gestión de Desperdicios en Obras de Construcción en Edificaciones”, hemos tomado como caso práctico el desarrollo de un proyecto nacional “2da ampliación del centro comercial Plaza San Miguel”, en el cual realizamos un estudio de gestión, durante el desarrollo constructivo bajo la filosofía del Lean Construction y sus herramientas ( LPS, LPDS, etc.), llegamos a identificar los desperdicios generados que afectan en gran porcentaje al presupuesto de la obra, con el énfasis de implementar mejoras tuvimos como finalidad fortalecer distintos puntos con el seguimiento respectivo, que conllevo a entregar a el proyecto en lo planificado y generar un análisis económico productivo para la empresa. / At present, the building construction industry in Peru is an important part of the economic development apparatus in the country; as such during the development of the engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance stage, waste of different kinds is generated, this being a direct affection to the costs, this implies generating different development options such as new management and implementation systems that will allow to obtain excellent results for the growth of the industry.
For the development of this thesis "Improvement of Waste Management in Building Construction Works", we have taken as a case study the development of a national project "2nd expansion of the Plaza San Miguel shopping center", in which we conducted a study management, during the constructive development under the philosophy of Lean Construction and its tools (LPS, LPDS, etc.), we come to identify the waste generated that affects a large percentage of the budget of the work, with the emphasis of implementing improvements we aimed at strengthen different points with the respective follow-up, which led to deliver the project as planned and generate a productive economic analysis for the company. / Trabajo de investigación
