El Perú ha crecido considerablemente durante los últimos años, dentro de las exportaciones más resaltantes se encuentra el sector agropecuario, en el cual las agroexportaciones no tradicionales representan una parte más que significativa de este, más específicamente se encuentran las exportaciones de espárragos. Esto ha sido punto de observación por el potencial comercial y valoración nutritiva vista por el mercado internacional. Sin embargo, observamos que durante los últimos años se ha producido un decrecimiento de los volúmenes exportados a nuestro principal mercado destino, Estados Unidos, en este sentido comenzamos la investigación para determinar el problema principal y con esto plantear nuestra hipótesis y determinar los factores que influyeron en la disminución de las agroexportaciones peruanas de espárragos al mercado estadounidense durante los años 2013 al 2017.
La presente investigación se divide en cinco capítulos. El primer capítulo, el marco teórico, en donde se presentan los antecedentes y bases relevantes de Estados unidos y de Perú. El segundo capítulo, la situación de la problemática, se detalla los problemas hipótesis y objetivos del trabajo. El tercer capítulo, el desarrollo de la metodología de investigación, en la cual, a través de entrevistas a expertos, encuestas a las empresas exportadoras, se obtuvo información relevante para el desarrollo del trabajo. El cuarto capítulo, desarrollo y aplicación, se lleva a cabo las herramientas antes mencionadas. El quinto capítulo, se realiza el análisis de resultados, mediante validación cuantitativa de la data. Por último, se detallan las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas durante el proceso. / Peru has grown considerably in recent years; within the most outstanding exports is the agricultural sector, in which non-traditional agro-exports represent a more significant part than this, specifically, exports of asparagus. Which has been a point of observation for the commercial potential and nutritional value seen by the international market. However, we observe that during last years there has been a decrease in the volumes exported to our main destination market, United States, In this sense, we started the investigation to determine the main problem and with this we propose our hypothesis and determine the factors that influenced in the decrease of the Peruvian agro-exports of asparagus to the US market during the years 2013 to 2017.
This research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, the theoretical framework, where the antecedents and relevant bases of the United States of Peru are presented. The second chapter, the situation of the problem, details the problems hypotheses and objectives of the research. The third chapter, the development of the research methodology, in which, through interviews with experts, surveys of exporting companies, relevant information was obtained for the development of the research. The fourth chapter, development and application, deals with the aforementioned tools. The fifth chapter, the analysis of results is performed, through quantitative validation of the data. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations obtained during the process are detailed. / Tesis
