La presente investigación tiene el propósito de identificar el mecanismo de ejecución de Proyectos Inversión Pública - PIP más apropiado para garantizar el cierre de brechas de infraestructura en saneamiento rural, a partir de un aprovechamiento de las ventajas comparativas que ofrece el mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos - OxI, frente a mecanismos como la Contratación Pública y la Asociación Público Privada – APP en la ejecución de PIP en las zonas rurales del país, como en el distrito de Lucanas - Ayacucho. / The present investigation has the purpose of identifying the mechanism of execution of Public Investment Projects - PIP more appropriate to guarantee the closing of infrastructure gaps in rural sanitation, based on the use of the comparative advantages offered by the Works for Taxes mechanism - OxI, in front of mechanisms such as Public Procurement and Public Private Partnership - PPP in the execution of PIP in rural areas, such as in the Lucanas - Ayacucho district. / Trabajo de investigación
