El objetivo de este estudio es descriptivo y trata de responder la interrogante de saber si la “universalidad” de los derechos humanos reconocidos en diversos instrumentos internacionales tiene como fundamento en el reconocimiento de la igualdad o uniformidad para todos o es que todos los hombres deben a ser aceptados en el reconocimiento de sus derechos sin importar las distinciones, económicas, sociales y culturales. En un primer apartado se desarrollará el impacto de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos, las posiciones existentes entre la Universalidad vs. Relativismo en la Declaración Universal y el análisis y visión integral de los derechos humanos. / The objective of this study is descriptive and tries to answer the question of knowing whether
the "universality" of human rights recognized in various international instruments is based on
the recognition of equality or uniformity for all or is that all men owe to be accepted in the
recognition of their rights regardless of distinctions, economic, social and cultural. In a first
section, the impact of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the existing positions
between Universality vs. Relativism in the Universal Declaration and the analysis and integral
vision of human rights.
