An abdominal ultrasound was performed showing signs of hepatopathy with multiple neo-formative nodules with mild ascites and fetal biometry confirmed at 34 weeks gestation. During her hospitalization, an emergency caesarean was induced with favorable result in the survival of the mother and the baby. / Revisión por pares
