El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo incrementar la eficiencia de los procesos productivos en una industria farmaceútica. En específico se enfocará en la solución de los problemas que aquejan la línea de acondicionado de uno de sus productos estrella.
Para tal fin se hará uso de las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, la cuales se desarrollarán de forma detallada a lo largo de los cuatro capítulos de los que consta este trabajo.
En el primer capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico donde se establecen todas las definiciones necesarias para comprender el desarrollo del proyecto. En el segundo capítulo se realiza el diagnóstico de la problemática actual evidenciando las motivos y causas asociadas a estos. En el tercer capítulo se propone un modelo de solución y se detalla su implementación paso a paso de forma estructurada. En el cuarto capítulo se realizará la validación del modelo, se evalúa el impacto económico y finalmente se establecen las conclusiones y recomendaciones. / The objective of this project is to increase the efficiency of production processes in a pharmaceutical industry. Specifically, it will focus on solving the problems that afflict the conditioning line of one of its star products.
For this purpose, Lean Manufacturing tools will be used, which will be developed in detail throughout the four chapters that make up this work.
In the first chapter, the theoretical framework is developed where all the necessary definitions were obtained to understand the development of the project. In the second chapter, the diagnosis of the current problem is made, showing the reasons and causes associated with them. In the third chapter, a solution model is proposed and its implementation is detailed step by step in a structured way.
