<p> The purpose of this business plan is to explore the possibility of a community-based adult daycare center in the city of Norwalk, California. The city of Norwalk is experiencing a steady growth of aging seniors (65 years of age and over) in need of a community-based coordinated care program that can assist caregivers with respite time and provide the continuum of care for their aging loved ones.
