Este proyecto de tesis se desarrolla en la empresa Servicios Digitales SAC, empresa
comercializadora de servicios del operador Movistar, líder del mercado de telecomunicaciones
en el Perú.
El caso describe el efecto del medio ambiente de cambio e incertidumbre en el que opera la
empresa Servicios Digitales SAC.
Elita Serna Campos es el personaje del caso. Elita y la dirección de la empresa entendían que
habría cambios en el sector, pero mientras Elita sugería aprovechar estos cambios para
prepararse para el futuro, la dirección e incluso los trabajadores creían que lo mejor era esperar
que evolucione el mercado y luego podrían adaptarse.
El caso de estudio está orientado para el curso de comportamiento organizacional, sobre el
tópico de gestión del cambio e incertidumbre, a nivel de postgrado.
El método de caso permite a los estudiantes analizar problemas empresariales generando debate
en las posibles soluciones. En esta metodología el profesor facilita y guía el debate, haciendo
preguntas fomentando la participación a través puntos de vista y experiencias. / This thesis project is developed by Servicios Digitales SAC, this company sells services of the
operator Movistar, leader in telecommunications in Peru.
The case describes the environment of change and uncertainty while the company Servicios
Digitales SAC operates.
Elita Serna Campos is the principal character in the case. Elita and the management of the
company understood that the changes for the sector, but while Elita suggested that these changes
were changed for the future, the management and even the workers believe is best to wait for the
market to evolve and then adapt.
This case is oriented to organizational behavior, on the topic of change management and
uncertainty, postgraduate level.
The case method allows students to analyze business problems by generating debate on possible
solutions. In this methodology, teacher will facilitate and guide the debate, asking questions
