An experimental analysis of film condensation on vertical longitudinally-finned tubes / 具軸向外鰭片之垂直圓管的冷凝實驗分析

碩士 / 國立中山大學 / 機械工程研究所 / 82 / A project is proposed to study the condensation behaviors of
a vertical Longitudinally-Finned tube by using the Taguchi
Method. The Taguchi Method is used to design complex
experiments. It requires fewer experiments than those
designed by the conven- tional experimental design method , and
has very good accuracy. There are many factors involved in the
experiments of condensa- tion on vertical longitudinally-
finned tubes , such as the vapor velocities、fin pitch、 fin
height、fin width etc. The interac- tion among these factors
make the experiment too difficult for us to consider as many
variables as we need. Therefore , a good experimental method
that can reduces the investment in conducting with such
experiments will be beneficial to the analysis of con-
densation of vertical finned tubes. The results of
experiment under different factor variations will be observed
and analyzed , not only the effects on condensation of every
individual factor , but also the interactions of these factors
will be discussed. Finally , in order to study the percentage
of effects of factors on condensation behaviors of vertical
finned tubes , an analysis variance table will be made.
