以陽離子交換法同步濃縮海水中之微量金屬並以ICPAES定量

碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 化學學系 / 82 / This study determined Fe3 + Pb2 + Co2 + Cd2 + and Ni2+ ions in coastal sea water with ICPAES after a copreconcentration with cation exchange resin. At first, we sought the best pH value for the system, and then decided the buffer species. After referring references, we got the conditions list below:
  a. Cation exchange resin: 2.0g 100-200 mesh Chelex-100
  b. The pH value of system: 6.5
  c. Buffer solution : 30 mL/L of 0.5M maleic acid
  d. Volume of sample: 1500 mL
  e. Flow rate of sample: 2.5-3.0 mL/min
  f. Preconcentration time: about 10 hrs
  g. Volume of concentrated sample: 15mL
  h. Preconcentration factor (F): 100
  The results list below were obtained by determining metal ions with ICPAES after imitaiting the real sample with synthesis sea water under our conditions.
  1. Detection limits:
  Fe3+,1.63 ppb;Pb2+,12.52 ppb;Co2+,6.60 ppb;Cd2+,4.28ppb;Ni2+,21.19 ppb
  2. Recovery(%)
  Fe3+,99.70;Pb2+,102.14;Co2+,105.68;Cd2+,101.36;Ni2+,100.53
