analysis of whole hull of FRP high speed craft. The
reasonableness of the types of structure and the dimensions of
members will be examined for the pur pose of lightweightized
consideration.And a referential method of structural
lightweightization will be built. First,make use of the finite
element analysis software I-DEAS to analyze an existing high-
speed craft of medium size by applying two kinds of loadings,
bending loading and light- armed loading.Compare the analytic
results with the ones of reference and experiment .And make
sure it is feasible to build an analytic method of whole hull
structure by I-DEAS.Then we can explore the strength of the
ship bottom structure by applying adequate design loadings(the
balance of inertia force and slamming force),especially for
various types of reinforcement and arrangement of bottom
longitudinal frames and for dimensional reasonableness of
members. A more reasonable manner of structural arrangement
and an adequate dimension change of members are the main points
to understand by considering the saving of ship weight and the
safety of structural strength.It is our target to hit for the
saving of structural weight and the buildup of a referential
method of structural lightweightization.
