before begins to work. From carrer development process,self-
understanding is the first step of carrer decision-making. self-
understanding includes three ways:interests and needs, ability
and intendency,values. In order to help college students to
make suitable job choice, this research focus at work values.
Intended to realize what the college students' work values are,
this these makes Sze-Hai Junior College students,which placed
at Taipei,as samples. Used questionaires and SAS program, the
result is as follow: 1.11 factors of work values: Challenge,
achievement,professional and humanize management,work
environment,variety,self-actualization,interpersonalization and
independence. 2.The most negliable factor is variety. 3.Outside
school work experiences do not influence work values choice at
all. Because the sample is limited at Sze-Hai Junior College,we
should not say every college school would obtain the same
result. But the cronbach α is avobe 0.5,it means the
reliability of this thesis is good.
