public about the important industry、policy、method of Third
Industry in 6, 30,1992. Department store industry is one of
the more attraction to Taiwan business. Owing to Taiwan
goverment''s a greement, Taiwan department stores one after
another went to survey or invest in Mainland China. As for
Taiwan Department stores in Mainland China investment
and competition strategy are study motive. The purposes are
searching the best strategies in Mainland China investment
for Taiwan departemnt stores. Study Methods are according
to investment-environment、 department-store speciality、
competition strategy founding study structure and
adopting positive study in Shanghai The conclusions as
follows: 1.Study structure is adapting Taiwan d epartment
stores investment and development model in Shanghai. 2.The
investment environment of Mainland China and Shanghai
is changing, especially, Shanghai''s investment
environment is better than others. 3.The department-store of
Mainland China is transforming competition system that cause
particularly fierce. 4.Taiwan department-store''s invesstment
and competition strategy appraisement are according to
investment、marketing 9-456+1tion environment and business.
