Cut-off Yield Line Theory in Minimum Weight Design of Hatch Cover / 降伏線斬截理論在艙蓋輕量化設計之應用

碩士 / 國立海洋大學 / 造船工程學系 / 83 / Recently, the inelastic bending analysis in reinforced concrete
slab before collapse has been undertaken extensively by using
the yield line theory issued by K. W. Johanson in 1962. The
author intends using the self-developed cut-off method to
rectangular hatch cover plate so as to induce the stiffeners
layout principe for establishing the optimal design algorithm.
The sequential unconstrained minimization technique (SUMT)
would be used to search the optimal design variables of plate
stiffeners combination hatch cover structure , so that a couple
of tens percent of the weight of the original hatch cover can
be reduced while the original one was designed by classical
method. To validate the optimal design results , the comparison
of maximum stress and maximum deflection between the
originalhatch cover structure and the new designed one under
the same prescribed loads would be done by the finite element
analyses.
