A Study on Adjustment of Reptriation in Taiwan / 我國海外派遣人員歸任調適之研究

碩士 / 文化大學 / 國際企業管理研究所 / 83 / The increasing internationalization of business has expedited the need for executives in multinational corporations (MNC) in Taiwan to understand the problems of international human resource management.
  This paper reserched the degree of influence of repatriation adjustment by factors of antecedents and in-country.
  By reviewing over 62 questionnaires from repatriates of MNCs whose parent company is in Taiwan, the study examined the issues of repatriation ajustment.
  Data were collected from repatriates and tested by multiple regression and the results of the study are:
  1.There is a significant positive relationship between the factor of antecedents and repatriation adjustment to work.
  2.There is a significant positive relationship between the factor of antecedents and repatriation adjustment to living.
  3.There is a significant positive relationship between the factor of antecedents and repatriation adjustment to social status.
  4.There is a significant positive relationship between the factor of in-country and repatriation adjustment to work.
  5.There is a significant positive relationship between the factor of in-country and repatriation adjustment to living.
  6.There is a significant positive relationship between the factor of in-country and repatriation adjustment to social status.
