碩士 / 國防管理學院 / 資源管理研究所 / 84 / In the recent decades, the region of physical distribution was very popular, it was also applied in many places and progress rapidly in commercial field. There were many literature discussed by scholars and experts, and many distribution centers were built by businessmen around whole Taiwan. We can say that the system of physical distribution is the main trend and the key point of success in business development for enterprise.
For the purpose of supporting the strategics and tactics of national defense, we need to improve some supply and maintain the methods we had used in logistics. Furthermore, trying to create some new methods to build a convenient system for military utility is helpful. This study is trying to apply the idea of physical ditribution for Armed-Forces Logistics and hopes to build an Evaluation and Selection Process Model for the determination of the Armed-Forces Logistic Distribution Center. According to the mew system we hope it can raise the capability of Armed Forces Logistics and supply the military mission.
This study proposes a two-stage process for the evaluation and selection of military material allocation distribution center. In the first stage, We try to find a set of candidate locations by minimizing the weighted delivery distances together with the equal treatment and efficiency considerations. The second one is to select the optimal place. We try to consider some conditions and factors, such as policy, environment, traffic, economy, safety and discuss some mathemathical models ( Fuzzy, AHP, Scheduling ) for solving the problems. We also hope the research provides and optimal useful model as a reference for selecting military material distribution center.
