In other words, to explore the choice behaviour of regional
operation center for ocean carriercorporation is an significant
issue of developing maritime transportation. For the reason,
this study reviews the relative literatures firstly.Secondly,
derives choice behaviour model for ocean carrier corporation
fromdiscrete choice model and implements a case study in the
scope of Taiwan, Hongkong, and Shanghai by way of questionnaires
using stated preferencedmethod. And then we can realize the key
influential factors of carrier''schoice behaviour. Follow the
context, this study process the strategic planning and
simulation and the results conclude that improving the port
efficiencyoccupys a higher market share than reducing the port
fee. It revealsthat domestic port planning should toward this
way.
