碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 漁業學系 / 84 / In order to investigate the c-ski gene of fish, we design the
degenerate primer and using the reverse transcription-
polymerase chain reaction to amplificaton the tilapia c-ski
cDNA. We find that there are four types of tilapia c-ski cDNA
exon 1 fragment. In the other hand, we construct a tilapia
genomic library from sperm and using the RT-PCR product as
probe to screen the tilapia genomic library. The tilapia type I
c-ski gene exon 1 fragment was isolated, which including 894 bp.
