international trade and the transport system of the world;so
these two regions have to face the impacts and could not but
doing some changes.Since the container tansport is the main
stream of the transition of goods ,from the end of the 20
century ,the author wants to find the new trends in the
developments of the international trade law--Incoterms、UCP and
Un convention on the international sales,and the maritime
commercial law--liabilities of sea carriers and mutimodal
mutimodal transport operators、insurance of containers、
container leasing and maritime liens、liabilities of terminal
operators.Eventually,in this thesis the new trends could be
concluded into four parts:documentation,liability,leasing,and
indemnity.
