碩士 / 國立中央大學 / 機械工程學系 / 85 / The research of the maglev transport system has prevailed for
many decades on the world. Recently, the academia in Taiwan
has been absorbed in this field actively too. As a maglev
transportation has many advantages like high speed and
no wearing during operation, it plays a very important role
in many applications. It is also an index of the future
technology. The emphasis of this thesis is on how to
set up a full maglev transport system. It has two major
features: lateral control and turning
mechanism, which is the a breakthrough in the field of the
maglev transport system in Taiwan. Because of adding the
lateral control, the maglev car has no contact with the rail
completely. Because of the turning mechanism, the maglev
car can go along a curved rail which curvature is very small.
The controller design is PC-based. It has many advantages like
popular, good quality, rich resources on both hardware
and software, high portability, and easy to modify algorithm,
etc. That is very suitable on experiments. There are two
major control theories applied in this thesis. On is traditional
PID control and the other is zero current controller. The
experimental results show that these two controllers have good
robustness on the maglev car.
