碩士 / 國立高雄師範大學 / 工業科技教育學系 / 85 / Abstract The study was to explore
theoretical bases of modularfacilities for technology education
and to examine their effects on students* achievements through a
qasi-experiment in a junior high technology education .
Within the experimental process ,the experimental group was
requested to complete assignments by using modular facilities
when the control group using traditional tools and materials.
Students* attitudes and achievements in the pre-test ,post-test,
and re-test were then analyzed to examine the difference between
the two groups. Based on the analysis, the experimental
group reveals better attitudes than control group .The post-
test scores of the experimental group and control group were
found significantly different. However ,there was no
significantly difference between re-test scores of two groups.
Therefore, this study concluded that modular facilities are
appropriate for applying to technology education programs at the
junior high school level.
