Space Design of Ships in AutoCAD Environment / 在AutoCAD環境下之船體艙間幾何設計

碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 造船工程學系 / 85 / In this paper, we use the excellent I/O interface in AutoCAD
as working environment, and develop a hull surface and space
design system to support the basic design and the naval
architecture calculation for ships. For the data input and
the hull form presentation, we use the B-spline curve and
surface as basis model to set up the hull form data in AutoCAD
system. We used the curve drawing and graphic representation
system in AutoCADto establish the interface of editing and
modification of graphic data and thedata exchange program. In
the program we define a clear neutral data for hull form and
space data for the further application purpose, such as,
preliminarydesign of general arrangement, the compartment design
,and the information of decks, bulkheads and the frame curves
for structural design. On the space design, we use
AutoSurf as a cutting tool to find out the detail boundary
surface of space. All the spaces are established in a parent-
child relationship. In this paper, we used C++ and AutoLISP
as the developed tools, in addition, the DCL (Dialogue Control
Language) is used to build the dialog boxes. Finally, we
select a hull form data from UNAPC, to perform the modification
of lines and the creation of the subdivision of ships as
illustration.
