A Modeling and Technique of The Particle Physical Properties in Anguilla japonica Pond / 日本鰻露天養殖池中顆粒之物性解析

碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 農業工程學系 / 85 / This paper presented a method to analyze the physical properties
including density, size and concentration of solid particles in
a fish pond. By usinga process to combinate both of the
dispersed particles analyze sedimentation velocity theory and
the optical size counting distribution method, the particles
components and those proporties are get. In practice, the
watercolumn before/after feeding are taken at an eel pond in Lu-
Gang. In comparisonof those two results, we find that the
particles concentration, whose density is smaller than 1.01 g/
cm^3 and particle size longer than 100um, much larger than
before the feeding. And we also know that if the main part of
the residues and fish feces whose density is from 1.1 to 1.25 g/
cm^3 , the changers of the particles is not evident. From those
evidences, we know that we can depend onthe method of analysis
to understand the differences of the physical propertiesof solid
particles in any water environment management. In conclusion, if
by means of the filtering system with the 90%, 75% and 60%
removal rate, the filter size should be under 60, 186, 327 um.
If by means of the sedimentation pond, the particles settling
velocity should be larger than 3.2, 4.7 and 8.4 cm/min. When
designing the particles removal sysem, we suggest the above two
kindsof regulation.
