Comparing Personnel Management in the MNE / 在台之美日多國籍企業其海外派遣人員人事管理之比較

establish the multinational corporation (MNC)is a
trend. However, one of the most important management
for the MNC is expatriates'' personnel management. It''s
essential for global success. So this research mainly focuses on
studying "the similarities and differences of personnel
management in the multinational corporation between
oversea expatriates from America and Japan."
Using the mail method to send questionaires to expatriates to
collect the related data.Valuable questionaires are
98,including 35 and 63 for American and Japanese
expatriates.This research uses Z-test to understand if
there are differences between American and Japanese MNC.
Empirical findings are:
1.Their expatriates'' duty is the same-to manage the oversea
branch office. 2.The different styles of personnel
management between American and Japanese MNC are because of
different culture.
