economical growthby attracting investment from other region .
Under the similar situation ,expatriates become more important
in our country. Nevertheless ,
expatriates adjustment oversea will affect the performance.The
purpuose of this study is to illustrate the correlative
relationship ofexpatriates characteristics and adjustment in
the host countries. In this study ,133 valid
samples were analyed . The data was analyed byfrequency 、
one-way anova and Scheffe. General speaking the results
showexpatriates with Internal Locus of control have better
adjustment thanExternal Locus of control .
This study especilly suggests that the company should pay
more concernabout the expatriates family to achieve more
significant performance .
