碩士 / 文化大學 / 造紙印刷研究所 / 85 / Respirometric data indicates that, each peak represents a particular chemical compound or combination of compounds that can be metabolized.
The efficiency and cos-effectiveness of the activated sludge process for treating industrial wastewaters are limited by the fact that low metabolic rates in the intervals between the peaks occupy a significant percentage of the total required treatment time. This significantly increases the required hydraulic detention time and, therefore, the construction cost of the aeration tank beyond what it would be if high metabolic rates could be maintained.
The main purpose of this study is to use dispersed. plug-flow plug-flow and combined reactor for the treatment of wasterwater of papermaking.
At present, most of the paper mills are proceeding the treatment of wastewater by adapting completely mixed reactor which requires large space area and high operation cost. Therefore, we are pursuing the more economical & effective treatment method by comparing the treating properties among the completely mixed reactor, dispersed plug-flow & the plug-flow reactor.
