碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 土木工程學系 / 86 / This research of fluorescent dye diffusion and float tracer was
proceeded in Tainan Changin coastal area in order to investigate
the diffusion character of water area. The experiment mainly is
to analyze the tidal average diffusion coefficient and meanwhile
is to figure out the diffusion coefficient.
In the fluorescent dye diffusion experiment, a slug of
water-soluble florescent dye solution was introduced in the
testing coastal area and then tested the dye concentration by
loan fluorescent measure meter. The data of GPS covered the
sampling concentration position and time. The tidal
average diffusion coefficient was estimated by using
Taylor*s theorem. While introducing the fluorescent
dye into the water area, the ARGOS/GPS floaters
were placed around at the same time. According to
the time and track of floaters, marked the center
position of a slug of water-soluble florescent dye and estimate
the velocity and velocity fluctuation. Estimated the tidal
average diffusion coefficient by using the theorem of Cheng
and Casulli*s dispersion path and Wada*s
statistics. The result of fluorescent
dye diffusion reveals that the diffusion of Changin
coastal area is affected by tidewater , and the diffusion
of distant shore is affected by flood. The
fluorescent dye diffusion can effectively reveal the real
diffusion conditions , and the conditions can progressive the
diffusion coefficient. However , it is not suitable for
long-term observation experiment. The experiment of floater
tracks can help to realize the real fluctuation, and on the
other side, it can estimate the diffusion coefficient by
various kinds of statistic method. It is also suitable for
long-term observation experiment.
