studied througha series of experiments in the present study.
Firstly, to design experimental conditions, we consider that
only the bed-load exist. Secondly, to consider wave action but
to eliminate the condition of headwater. On phenomenon,
Firstly, we used the delta film、longitudinal and transverse
profile that changed with time to discuss the developments
of the delta under wave action. Then the width, deposit depth
were used as characteristic value to analyze thegeometric
similarity of the transverse profile of the delta. The result of
analysis showed that the configuration of the delta could be
describe by Hyperbolic function in the tranverse section.
