Mainland China;(b)to survey the labor_management relations of
Taiwan companies in Mainland China;(c)to induct the
labor_management relations'''' characteristics of Taiwancompanies
in Mainland China;(d)to offer the concrete suggestions. The
results of the study revealed the following:(a)the rules of the
LaborLaw ___to sign the labor contracts, to protect the minimum
of the wage level,to work 40 hours every week, to offer labor
welfares and labor insurances, toconstruct the labor union, to
dispose of the labor_management disputes;(b)theconditions of the
labor_managemet relations in Taiwan enterprises ___most
companies have a five-day week or some have a six-day week; most
companies havesafety & sanitation regulations, special safety &
sanitation units and safety & sanitation orientations.
