Application of Injection Wells on the Improvement of Seawater Intrusion / 應用補注井群改善海水入侵之可行性研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 農業工程學系研究所 / 86 / Groundwater in Yun-lin is of great importance to the agricultural,domestic a
nd industrial water demand. There is a serious problem in Yun-lin area because
of the large amounts of groundwater that are currently being withdraw from the
coastal aquifer. This excessive withdraw of ground-water has led to serious ad
verse effects such as land subsidence an, simulations of regional ground-wate
r movement and chloride transportation. The amount of pumping and parameters
of this model are first calibratedand verified, then six fresh water injection
well systems with different well spacing and injection rate are set for a seri
es of simulations.Simulation of these six systems are conducted to determine t
he groundwaterlevel contour and the distribution of chloride after 2 years'' in
jection. In another simulation reduce one the pumping amount, and set injection
system with 300m well spacing and 0.017cms injection rate to determinethe effe
ct when total pumping amount of Yun-lin is not over the naturalgroundwater rec
harge. Result of simulation show that the performances of the injection sys
tem with 300m well spacing are much better than those with 600m.Foreach well 0
.017cms injection rate is needed to improve sea water intrusion.
