碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 環境工程學研究所 / 86 / This paper has employed Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
of Multi-Objective Decision Making (MODM) to analyze wastewater
treatment plant location problem. Since facility location
problem will be considered from the viewpoint of social welfare
embracing principles of efficiency and equity, it has
inherently contained the characteristics of multiobjective
decision making problem.
Due to such a fact, this paper will first analyze the
characteristics of wastewater sewage in Taiwan, then analytical
model of characteristics will thus be established according to
Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. This paper will set up
multiobjective decision making model upon the three stage
analytical structure, including screening model. Multi-
objective evaluation model, and group decision making model .
Nowadays, the building ratio of wastewater sewage is very low,
and is against by people. So the most important of all is to
set up a evaluation model, then this paper will construct a
multiobjective function process on case study. At last,
according to the decision building situation and Delphi Method,
model analysis will be done so as to find out solutions using
feedback questionnaire.
According to the previously described analysis, this paper will
sum up important conclusions at the end and put forward future
research direction for reference.
