In cooperation among enterprises, the achievement of supply chain management is the key point of enhancing competition advantage. From the industrial supply chain management of personal computer manufacturers, this paper will explore the raise of competition advantages due to the execution of global logistics management.
The paper''s conclusion is as follows:
1. The personal computer industry gain economies of scale, economies of scape and learning effect by network cooperating. And by the industrial network, the companies improve total value.
2. According supply chain management, the personal computer manufacturers achieve competitive advantage in several dimension - cost, flexibility, innovation, speed and consumer response.
